Frequently asked questions

  • How much does a mailing cost?

    Plans are the same as for regular mailings. After your first sign-in, the free Basic plan is activated: 15 messages per day, free forever.

    • Light plan – 300 messages per day for $15 / month.
    • Professional plan – 3,000 messages per day for $40 / month.

    See the pricing page for details.

  • How do I start a mailing?

    1. Log in to WSENDER with your Yandex or Google account.

    2. Create a mailing and add messages: text, pictures, videos, audio, files and contact cards are supported.

    3. Upload the recipient base — from your CRM, an Excel file or messenger chats.

    4. Connect your messenger account via QR code and start the mailing.

  • From which accounts are messages sent?

    From any of your own accounts registered in the WhatsApp or Telegram app. Replies from recipients arrive to the same accounts.

  • How many accounts can be connected?

    The number of connected accounts depends on your plan:

    • Free Basic plan — 1 account.
    • Light plan — 1 account.
    • Professional plan — up to 50 accounts.
  • Can an account be blocked?

    It can: when an account starts behaving like a spammer, the messenger temporarily restricts sending. The most common causes are:

    • Auto-strategy is disabled and the speed is pushed up manually;
    • The message does not invite a dialogue;
    • Many complaints from recipients;
    • A link sent to a stranger in the very first message;
    • A promo image in the very first message;
    • A purchased contact list of people who do not know you.

    WSENDER lowers this risk automatically: the auto-strategy warms up the account, increases the speed gradually and slows down at the first sign of trouble, while AI moderation checks the message text before launch.

  • What content can be added to a message?

    Text, pictures, videos, audio, files and contact cards. Messages can be personalised for every recipient (name, individual terms) and randomised — this increases the reply rate and lowers the blocking risk.

  • Who can bot mailings be sent to?

    Only to the bot's own subscribers — people who pressed Start or wrote to the bot themselves. In return, the bot works through the official Bot API and allows regular mailings without any blocking risk. See the bot mailings page for details.

  • Is there an integration with CRM or a website?

    Yes, via the REST API: account connection, mailing creation and launch, delivery statuses and webhooks. See the API page and the documentation.
