First top up the project balance. Open the My projects section and click the three dots in the circle in the top right corner of the project card. Choose Settings in the drop-down list. On the balance card click Top up balance and follow the on-screen instructions.

Once the money is credited to the project balance, go to the project settings again and click Upgrade plan on the plan card.

Yes. A paid plan is activated for 30 days and then renewed automatically — once a month, until you turn it off. The renewal price and the next charge date are shown on the plan activation page before payment, and the project card shows the date the plan is paid until, marked Auto-renewal.

The renewal is charged from the project balance. If the balance is insufficient, the missing amount is charged from the saved bank card.

You can turn off auto-renewal at any time: in the project settings, click Remove plan on the plan card. The paid period runs to its end, after which the project switches to the free Basic plan and charges stop. The removal can be cancelled before the period ends.

No. After the mailing, the system counts the numbers with the "not registered" status and credits them back to your balance. If the mailing is paid per message, the cost of undelivered messages is credited back to your balance.

Yes. When topping up the project balance, choose Pay as a legal entity and follow the instructions.

The API is included in all plans, including the free Basic, and is not charged separately. On any plan you can use it to connect accounts, upload contacts, create and start mailings, track their statuses and receive events via webhooks.

The difference is in feedback: reading recipient replies, as well as dialogues and contacts of the connected account, works only on plans with response analytics — this data comes from account synchronization, which Basic does not have. Such requests on Basic return an error with an explanation, not an empty list.

One more plan limit is the number of API requests per minute. The limit is counted per project: it is shared by all keys, and issuing additional keys does not increase it.
